The Full Story
Full event/wedding planning + management from conception to completion.
· Unlimited face-to-face meetings as required. · Unlimited email and phone communication following initial meeting.
· Supplier sourcing.
· Venue sourcing.
· Arrange supplier meetings.
· On-the-day coordination and logistical management.
· Create, edit and update the schedule/timeline.
· Lead the running of the schedule and keeping track of time.
· Event styling/theme design ideas development.
· Manage suppliers and liaise with venue staff.
· Advice and recommendation on local accommodation and transport options.
· Manage the budget.
· Suggest/recommend ideas that add personal touches to your special day.
· Ensure the decoration and styling is exactly as you envisioned.
The fee is based on 12-15% of the total event budget, subject to complexity. A minimum fee applies.
Hand in Hand
Partial wedding planning + management.
This service supports the lead up to your wedding day, helping you to tie up the loose ends, meaning you can relax and enjoy the final few weeks.
· Begins approx 10 - 8 weeks to the Wedding date. · 2 x complimentary consultations (preferably at the venue).
· Unlimited email and phone communication following initial meeting.
· Handover of suppliers.
· On the-day coordination and logistical management.
· Create, edit and update the schedule/timeline.
· Lead the running of the schedule and keeping track of time.
· Event styling/theme design briefing.
· Manage suppliers and liaise with venue staff.
· Management of outstanding wedding admin.
· Suggest/recommend ideas that add personal touches to your special day.
· Suggest any vendors yet to sourced.
· Ensure the decoration and styling is exactly as you envisioned.
A Day To Remember
On the day co-ordination.
· Begins 1 month to the Wedding date.
· 1 x complimentary consultation (preferably at the venue).
· Unlimited email and phone communication following initial meeting.
· Handover of suppliers.
